Job Title: Senior Clinical Operations Leader

The Senior Clinical Operations Leader is responsible for overseeing the coordination of functional team members and their activities across all geographies, ensuring seamless communication with project leadership and the sponsor to guarantee that Clinical Operations deliverables (timeline, quality, productivity) are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Liaison: Effectively communicate with internal and external customers, as well as third-party vendors, to prioritize effectively and respond to urgent requests within the team or from the sponsor.
  • Project Initiation Planning: Manage study start-up activities, provide input to project tools, and oversee Central File Maintenance Plan.
  • Project Implementation, Control Evaluation: Provide leadership and direction to project team members, evaluate and identify resourcing needs, and continuously monitor the use of resources over the project life cycle.
  • Project Close-out: Collaborate with project team members on database lock activities, ensure all administrative close-out procedures are completed, and participate in end-of-study meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Substantial experience in clinical research, including relevant experience as a Team Leader in Clinical functions or proven experience in coordinating clinical trials.
  • Experience in Phase I Oncology is advantageous.
  • Degree in a life science, nursing qualification, or relevant experience.
  • Competent in written and oral English, with a strong understanding of cross-functional activities.
