CRIF Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our International Markets Business Information department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage software requirements specifications and project-related documents.
  • Supervise and execute test planning, test case definition, and user acceptance testing.
  • Lead analysis activities, including gap analysis, preliminary analysis, detailed analysis, and impact analysis.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and track project milestones to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and clients to analyze, document, and validate business processes.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and present solutions to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Negotiation, communication, and team working skills.
  • Business Process Redesign and Workflow Design capabilities.
  • Experience in Web application projects, user experience, and data presentation.
  • Fluency in English for global collaboration.
  • Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of web and digital technologies.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Team working and team management skills.
