Evidilya, a Contract Research Organization of the Sprim Health Group, offers a full-service international expertise in successfully developing and managing observational, pre-clinical and clinical trials.

Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Business Growth Associate to join our team in Milan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the lead generation process, establishing first contact with potential clients, and organizing initial meetings to introduce Evidilya.
  • Performing market analysis, staying up-to-date on market trends, and monitoring competitors' strategies.
  • Participating in all stages of new client acquisition, from attending initial meetings with potential clients to collecting data and needs, supporting proposal development (presentations, agreements, etc.), and finalizing collaborations.
  • Supporting business development and sales strategies.
  • Managing and updating Evidilya's CRM, developing reports on new client acquisition process status.
  • Collaborating closely with Design & Tech and Marketing Departments to develop DEM
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A scientific degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Physical and Natural Sciences)
  • Previous experience (2 years) in sales and/or business development in an international context
  • Fluency in English (C1)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or CRO
  • Ability to work in challenging and demanding environments
  • Strategic and innovative approach
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and business-oriented mindset
