About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Air Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team at Kuehne + Nagel. As a key member of our Operations pillar, you will play a crucial role in delivering operational excellence and optimizing the cost of production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Operational Care Center in achieving high-quality shipment and process management.
  • Execute export/import services with the highest level of quality, collaborating with suppliers, handling agents, and carriers.
  • Help optimize proceedings to ensure the development of Air Logistics operational Key Performance Indicators.
  • Cooperate with other internal stakeholders to ensure close cooperation with Customer Care Location, Systems and Process, Revenue Care, Warehouse and National Managers for optimized operations.
  • Participate in Dangerous Goods support with certified knowledge as per IATA/ICAO regulations within the Operational Care Center.
Requirements
  • Fluent Italian and Intermediate English.
  • Dangerous Goods Certification is advantageous.
  • Previous experience (1-2 years) in the logistics sector for similar roles.
