Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Advisor to join our team. As a Product Advisor, you will be responsible for increasing sales of our client's products in retail stores, working closely with store staff to achieve this goal. You will also be responsible for visual merchandising and maintaining the store's display areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Presenting the features and benefits of our client's products to customers, highlighting key selling points and current offers.
  • Assisting and advising customers throughout the purchasing process.
  • Training store staff on our client's products and encouraging the use of digital learning platforms.
  • Monitoring and implementing visual merchandising activities, including the placement of point-of-purchase materials to increase product visibility.
  • Maintaining the store's display areas, ensuring they are visually appealing, clean, and correctly merchandised.
  • Providing regular, detailed reports to our client, including quantitative and qualitative feedback to help improve sales performance.

Requirements

  • A strong desire to help people find the right solutions for their needs.
  • Experience in sales consulting or related roles is a plus.
  • A passion for the technology and IT sectors.
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts.
