With a strong focus on collaboration and innovation, you will work closely with our clients and project managers to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project changes and related control procedures with clients and project managers.
  • Assure commercial completion of change order forms and measure and value all changes.
  • Advise clients of changes costs prior to implementation.
  • Oversee and manage General/Main Contractor and vendors changes from inception to final payments.
  • Draft and discuss commercial agreements of all change orders as per change management process.
  • Evaluate, highlight, and communicate project risks.
  • Implement and manage overall document control system, including procedures, workflows, and guidelines.
  • Implement a centralized document repository and filing system.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Contract Administrator, Risk & Change Specialist, or similar role.
  • BSc or MSc degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of contracts and project management.
  • Knowledge of standard engineering and construction practices, techniques, and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
