This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping and executing the Teads brand and communication strategy within the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of exceptional marketing communications for Teads IT, catering to our diverse brands, advertisers, agency clients, and publisher network.
  • Contribute to the formulation of marketing offerings and strategic initiatives.
  • Craft and implement Teads IT's media and local messaging strategy across various channels, including press, broadcast, and publications, to enhance Teads' visibility and promote our activities.
  • Ensure all communications align with the overarching global marketing strategy established by the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and publishing teams to provide comprehensive marketing support and resources.
  • Design, coordinate, and oversee targeted public relations campaigns that cultivate a favorable image for our business and garner media attention.
  • Draft, approve, and disseminate press releases.
  • Assist in the daily management of Teads' events program in Italy, ensuring that marketing communications are tailored to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Guarantee the effective and efficient execution of events.
  • Manage and enhance Teads' presence at various third-party exhibitions, partnering with stakeholders to ensure a cost-effective and impactful representation.
  • Create promotional materials in both printed and digital formats, ensuring the media kit is current and comprehensive.

Qualifications:

  • A robust professional background in communications and marketing, demonstrating expertise across a wide array of communication activities, including media relations, publications, marketing, social media, and events.
  • Proven experience in developing media strategies and relationships, as well as preparing press materials in an advertising context.
  • Significant experience in event management with a successful track record in delivering effective communication initiatives.
  • Creative mindset to introduce innovative ideas into marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with a history of managing communication projects from inception to completion, showcasing effective prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Outstanding writing capabilities.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive and diligent self-starter, skilled in coordination and prioritization while utilizing resources efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to influence stakeholders both internally and externally.
