About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Finance Active. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our debt management solutions in Italy and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target high-level contacts in the corporate sector, real estate, and public sector.
  • Position our debt management solutions as a value proposition to financial departments, highlighting the unique benefits and value-added services.
  • Build and negotiate commercial proposals, ensuring optimal project startup conditions and continuous business visibility.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM tool, professional social networks, and other tools to drive sales and business growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Finance or Business Development.
  • At least 3 years of experience in complex services sales and solutions in B2B.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with high-level contacts.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
