Trillium Pumps Italy is a leading provider of centrifugal pumps for various industries. We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to spearhead sales initiatives across Center and Eastern Europe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, driving growth within the specified regions, and promoting our high-quality products to key stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the oil and gas, water transmission, desalination, and power sectors.
  • Promote and sell centrifugal pumps covering a range from low to high energy solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC customers and stakeholders in the region.
  • Obtain necessary support to secure business through cooperation with Application, Supply Chain, and Project teams.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in regional sales, particularly in the rotating equipment sector.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Arabic and Italian is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and high self-motivation.
