About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Category Manager in the role of Procurement Marketing, Sales & Services to define and manage the sourcing activities of services in BA Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Promote a collaborative relationship with key peers fostering standardization of the European contractual setup.
  2. Ensure compliance by following Global Procurement Procedures.
  3. Design and implement strategies for sourcing of services activities.
  4. Search for alternative and innovative services solutions to improve efficiency and promote sustainable customer satisfaction.
  5. Accountability on supplier cost performance & service level.
  6. Plan, organize, and drive the best sourcing activities and tenders.
  7. Manage KPIs and ensure compliance with contracted terms both internally & externally.
  8. Provide market insight and relevant information to the organization.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics or Engineering.
  2. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Purchasing and sourcing activities of services.
  3. Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Excellent data management and analysis.
  6. Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  7. Fluent in English written and spoken; any other language is an asset.
