About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Training Lead to join our team in Hub Europe. As a key member of our Engineering organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our engineers across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Engineering Teams across Europe to identify skills gaps and develop targeted training initiatives
  • Design and deliver effective training programs, leveraging resources from local universities and global experts
  • Maintain our skills matrix and organize certification programs to further develop our engineering capabilities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials and deliver training sessions
  • Monitor learning initiatives and coaching/mentoring programs to ensure continuous improvement
  • Establish key performance indicators to measure our learning and development process

About You

  • MSc in Engineering with 8-10 years of experience in an Engineering function, preferably in Transformers
  • Proven track record in people development, international experience, and strong intercultural sensitivity
  • Experience in employer branding and talent acquisition, with a passion for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
