Regional Manager Job Description

Crunch Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to lead our team of General Managers in achieving exceptional results and upholding our company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure each club within the region exemplifies the company's values and achieves desired financial results.
  • Manage General Managers of clubs within the region and ensure performance management is occurring.
  • Recruit new General Managers and Fitness Managers.
  • Conduct quality control checks in each club to ensure training and improvement are occurring.
  • Implement programs and operational protocols to achieve member satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure each club is following company policies, values, and health and safety procedures.
  • Lead by example and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager or Regional Manager in a Fitness Club with multi-site management experience.
  • Proven history of success in sales and operations.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, good leader, and career-driven.
  • Computer proficiency, especially in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • General knowledge of budgets and cost control.
