We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Dematic in Trecate, Italy. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our automated solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Perform scheduled, unscheduled, and retrofit maintenance and services on Dematic products and machines.
- Develop improvement solutions to address control system obsolescence.
- Solve problems related to plant operations.
- Install, test, and start up new automated warehouses in collaboration with the Dematic team.
- Interact with customers and colleagues on-site.
- Prepare periodic reports on service activities.
- Be prepared to work in production to protect customer business.
- Report directly to the Maintenance Team Leader.
- Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar studies.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technician in maintenance of highly automated production plants.
- Previous experience in leading a small team is preferred.
- Curiosity about the logistics supply chain and industrial automation sector.
- Passion for electrical, mechanical, and software engineering.
- Good knowledge of Italian.
- An international environment that values curiosity and proactivity.
