The Recruiter plays a crucial role in ensuring Service Excellence throughout the recruitment process. Acting as a brand ambassador, the Recruiter is committed to delivering outstanding talent while maintaining proactive and timely communication regarding the progress of searches. This position requires expertise in talent acquisition, providing consultative guidance and industry insights to hiring leaders.

Work Location: Ideally located in the Ortona area

Work Setup: Requires weekly visits to client sites

Client's Sector: Oil & Gas - Weatherford

Language Requirement: Proficiency in Italian and English is highly preferred, along with additional European languages

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: - Conduct comprehensive job scope discussions with hiring leaders to define position specifications, providing relevant market insights and recommendations for candidate sourcing strategies. Review applications submitted through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Assess candidate qualifications against job requirements to determine suitability for progression in the recruitment process. Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to identify the most effective candidate sources aligned with search requirements. Utilize various sourcing methods, including resume databases and networking platforms, employing Boolean search techniques. Actively seek referrals from professional networks and internal sources. Leverage proprietary software for targeted outreach to talent communities. Candidate Engagement: - Employ a mix of communication channels to connect with talent communities (phone, email, social media). Clearly articulate the value proposition to interested candidates. Prepare candidates for interviews by providing logistical information, interview schedules, appropriate attire guidance, and overall expectations. Ensure candidates receive timely updates regarding their application and interview status. Candidate Assessment: - Create and utilize phone interview templates tailored to job descriptions. Use independent judgment to evaluate candidate interview notes and skills assessments against position requirements to identify potential matches. Administer skills assessments as necessary and evaluate results. Review background and reference information as required. Influencing the Hire: - Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process, ensuring consistent communication regarding search status. Collaborate with hiring leaders to determine offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations. Present job offers to candidates and facilitate acceptance, anticipating and negotiating counteroffers as needed. Service Excellence: - Adhere strictly to all compliance regulations (OFCCP and other standards). Strive to deliver a robust candidate slate, continuously building talent pipelines to ensure a pool of qualified candidates. Provide accurate and regular updates on recruitment activities to hiring leaders and Cielo leadership, showcasing metrics and efforts. Identify challenges in searches and propose solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain proactive communication regarding the status of each search, offering consultative recommendations on next steps.

Qualifications

Proven recruiting experience with a track record of success in corporate, RPO, or agency environments. Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools is essential. Previous recruiting experience in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Automotive, Utilities Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and/or Production is preferred.
