Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Off Trade Channel Sales Director to lead our business in the OFF-Trade Channel. The successful candidate will have direct responsibility for managing customers, negotiating with them, and ensuring the perfect execution of National plans while building local joint business plans.

The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor, reporting to the OFF Trade National Key Account Manager. As a team member, they will be responsible for executing commercial strategies into the market.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sell-in and sell-out performance of assigned customers.
- Execute commercial strategies including pricing/promotions initiatives in line with channel commercial objectives.
- Define promotional plans in line with National promotional strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as the face of Brown-Forman in front of them.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with the OFF Trade National Key Account Manager to maximize results through customer management, regular performance reviews, and sales reporting.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG as a Key Account Manager in OFF Trade.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering sales growth in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
- Prior experience in the spirits industry is a plus.
