Protestant Coordinator of Religious Education

Music Ministry International seeks a dedicated Protestant Coordinator of Religious Education to oversee the development and implementation of Protestant religious education programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating a comprehensive program that caters to various age groups, from PreK to adults. Key responsibilities include program development, recruitment and training of volunteers, parental communication, administration, and corporate activities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Protestant religious education and have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Protestant religious education programs for PreK to adult age groups.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers to support program delivery.
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Manage program administration, including scheduling, budgeting, and logistics.
  • Coordinate corporate activities, such as Vacation Bible School and volunteer appreciation events.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Protestant religious education or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:
Estimated 25 hours per week, compatible with NSA Chapel operating hours.
Location:
NSA Chapel onboard the Support Site installation in Gricignano Naples Italy.
