Financial Management Specialist

Zanotti S.p.A. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join its Finance and Accounting department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient financial management and financial controls necessary to support all business activities.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Monitor accounts payable balances and processes, review monthly financial statements across Zanotti Group, and generate and review monthly reports.
- Tax Accounting and Compliance: Manage tax accounting, ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures, and maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, receipts, and invoices.
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist with preparation for annual audits and provide financial planning and budgeting support to the Finance team.
- Education and Experience: Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred, with 5+ years of general ledger/accounts payable accounting experience preferably gained in multinational companies.
- Technical Skills: Previous experience with SAP or similar ERP software suite, understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, deadline-driven with excellent time management ability, excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data, and the capability to maintain strong confidentiality on information.
