Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to deliver projects that meet the client's needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects and clients concurrently
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project management
  • Coordinate and strategize assignments for project execution
  • Generate and distribute project documents and instructions
  • Organize and manage the workload and schedules of field/technical personnel
  • Support field/technical personnel in carrying out their designated tasks
  • Assess the performance of field/technical personnel
  • Ensure accurate data entry into RINA systems
  • Uphold compliance with RINA's QHSE Management Systems
  • Monitor project revenues and profitability
  • Collaborate with the Business Development department in commercial activities
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of people on projects of moderate size/complexity
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
  • Engineering Knowledge: Proficiency understanding of engineering concepts and calculations
  • Team Management: Proven experience in assembling and leading project teams
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and software

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Naval Engineering
