Job Description
At SLB, we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Facilities Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day monitoring of maintenance tasks in close liaison with the assigned IFM contractor.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will assist with site visits, inspections, and audits; assist with implementing property plans and tactics to effectively manage facilities activities related to the assigned portfolio; and maintain sustainability database. Other key responsibilities include actively participating in the implementation of energy management strategy at facilities, updating and/or creating required database information with facility master data, and managing reactive maintenance tasks with the IFM contractor to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need analytical skills, an advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English/Italian.
