Are you a marketing professional looking for a challenging role in the luxury industry?


Buccellati is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Marketing & CRM Coordinator to join our dynamic Global Marketing team.


The ideal candidate will report to the Global Marketing Director with the support of a Specialist and will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of product marketing strategies while managing customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives.


This role will play a crucial part in driving product awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and contributing to the overall success of our Marketing efforts.


Requirements:



  • A Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, CRM management, or a similar role, preferably in the luxury business
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools
  • Fluency in Italian and English is compulsory
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and product promotion

Responsibilities:



  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic product marketing plans that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, production, sales, and communication) to ensure cohesive product launch and promotional activities
  • Perform quarterly business review on product performances (by collection, category, etc.) using PowerBI and PowerPoint
  • Manage the PIM/DAM system, the Digital Catalogue, and the website Catalogue
  • Create engaging presentations and promotional materials that effectively communicate product features
  • Maintain and optimize the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and effective customer segmentation
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies that enhance customer interactions and drive engagement across multiple channels
  • Monitor and report on CRM metrics, including lead generation, customer retention, and engagement rates, and provide actionable insights for improvement
  • Support the creation and execution of targeted email marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives
  • Assist in managing marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timelines and track project deliverables, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments, ensuring alignment on product initiatives and customer engagement strategies
  • Coordinate internal communications related to product launches and updates, ensuring all team members are informed and prepared
