Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our fast-growing Delivery division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex digital solutions using Magnolia, a leading digital experience software.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop high-quality digital solutions using Magnolia, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy for stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Magnolia and digital experience software.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions, with a strong emphasis on technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Knowledge of Maven, GIT, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RDBMS/NOSQL databases.
