Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and outgoing individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As a Night Audit Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of front office tasks such as invoicing, answering emails, and online requests.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to guest inquiries.
  • Maintaining knowledge of local attractions, activities, and providing recommendations to guests.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Initial experience in hospitality.
  • An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (B2) and Italian.
  • Good knowledge of a front office system.
