Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will take charge of maintenance operations, ensuring both preventive and corrective measures are executed to uphold the highest quality standards, thereby maximizing fleet availability for our diverse clientele.

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with operational guidelines and maintenance manuals, utilizing specialized tools and equipment.
  • Overhaul and repair electrical and mechanical components and associated subsystems at designated facilities.
  • Accurately document and report all maintenance activities.
  • Manage spare parts efficiently, including storage, returns, and disposal.
  • Propose and implement improvements to existing processes.

Candidate Profile

We are interested in candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Familiarity with railway systems and certification to work on safety components in accordance with relevant regulations.
  • Proven experience in the maintenance of rolling stock, particularly electric locomotives.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation effectively.
  • A collaborative team player with strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of German is advantageous.
  • Competence in computer systems and software, along with the ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics.
  • Willingness to travel primarily within the country.
