About the Job

The Hopper Technology Solution team in APAC is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the delivery of innovative product solutions. This role operates across a broad scope, requiring someone who can balance multiple features, prioritize quality, and maintain customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive travel booking experiences for customers in APAC
  • Leverage customer research and data to enhance product convenience and rewards
  • Analyze product data to identify opportunities for improvement through design
  • Maintain a comprehensive design portfolio for compliance and legal reviews
  • Lead design reviews with stakeholders and make business cases for product development

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in both start-up and traditional business environments
  • Makes design decisions with quantitative and qualitative data
  • Exhibits attention to detail and clear communication skills
  • Takes ownership and makes quick decisions while maintaining good judgment
  • Has technical depth to communicate with engineers and drive project success
  • Prioritizes customer and company needs without ego
  • Adapts to changing environments and absorbs organizational goals

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
