Full Stack Senior Frontend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Senior Frontend Developer to join our team at Outliant, a fully-remote digital product development and startup consulting company.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining complex user-facing applications, with expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end frameworks like React and Next.js.
About the RoleThis is a senior-level position that requires advanced problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices.
You will work independently on assignments with complex aspects, while your work is reviewed for soundness. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience in this field.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain complex user interfaces using cutting-edge front-end technologies.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of web applications through optimization techniques.
- Create and maintain advanced reusable components and libraries.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.
- Stay updated on the latest front-end technologies and best practices to introduce new innovations.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and maintaining complex user-facing applications.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks like React and Next.js.
- Advanced understanding of responsive design principles and experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure high performance and responsiveness of front-end applications.
- Experience in creating and maintaining advanced reusable components and libraries.
- Proven ability to introduce new technologies and practices to improve front-end development.
- Experience in mentoring junior engineers and contributing to their professional development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues in the front-end codebase.
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
- A continuous learner, eager to stay updated on the latest front-end technologies and best practices.
- Experience with front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm, Yarn).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end interfaces with back-end services.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of performance testing and debugging practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
