About the Role:
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is a leading global IT services company, seeking an experienced ServiceNow Tech Lead in Milan for one of our top clients. This client is a major player in the European and global market, undergoing a large digital transformation.
This transformation involves implementing and integrating new complex interfaces, upgrading their systems, and developing new business models. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various ServiceNow modules, staying up-to-date with innovative features, and enabling recently released capabilities.
About You:
The ideal candidate should possess at least 4 years of direct experience working with ServiceNow. Additionally, they should hold certifications such as ServiceNow Fundamentals Certified (CSA) and Implementation Specialist Certified (CIS) in at least one of the following modules: ITSM, ITBM, CMDB, or ServiceNow microcertification on various areas including Performance analytics and Virtual Agent.
A strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences are essential. Furthermore, the candidate should have experience configuring the ServiceNow Platform to set up an instance providing at least ITSM implementation, including Service Catalog creation.
Language proficiency in Italian and English is required, while good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and CMDB framework is desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 4 years of experience in ServiceNow
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow technologies/modules: ITOM (including CMDB, event Management, and Service Mapping), Project/Portfolio Suite, and HR services (including HR Service Catalogue and portal)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Ability to multitask and effective time management skills
