Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team and drive growth in the Italian market. As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for launching and expanding Factorial's presence with high-potential mid-to-large enterprises.
Main Responsibilities
- Work with a curated list of high-potential target companies, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises, to expand Factorial's market presence.
- Manage the sales cycle for assigned accounts, from qualification to close, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and execute effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Launch and manage the client's account during their first year with Factorial, ensuring a successful implementation and driving account growth.
- Establish strong relationships with prospective clients through in-person visits and gain deeper insights into their needs.
- Provide accurate forecasts and track revenue performance, ensuring transparency and alignment with leadership.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a B2B sales or account executive role, preferably within enterprise sales or working with large, complex organizations.
- Experience in SaaS or digital transformation industries is a plus.
- Hybrid professional with comfort working both remotely and conducting in-person client meetings.
- Sales skills: proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Skilled in consultative selling, negotiation, and building long-term client relationships.
- Strategic mindset: demonstrated ability to develop account plans and execute strategies for expanding market presence.
- Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian (proficient) and English (professional level).
- Tech-savvy: proficient in using sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRMs.
- Proactive: self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to take ownership of the launch and expansion strategy in the market.
- Analytical & Organized: capable of managing pipelines, providing accurate forecasts, and collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Empathetic relationship builder: adept at building genuine, trust-based relationships by deeply understanding client challenges and crafting tailored plans that address their needs.
