We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at a luxury hotel in Mantova. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our discerning clients.

• Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide personalized service and exceed guest expectations through proactive communication and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure seamless execution of guest requests and preferences.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

• Proficiency in hotel management systems and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Fluency in Italian and English languages.
