Ruolo e Responsabilità


Siamo alla ricerca di un
Junior Maintenance Engineer che si unisca al nostro team per contribuire al successo di Railpool.



  • Monitoraggio delle prestazioni delle locomotive Railpool circolanti in Italia
  • Definizione e gestione di un processo FRACAS
  • Sviluppo competenza Product Quality
  • Contribuzione alla redazione del Sustainability report
  • Supporto alla funzione ECM 2 per la creazione, verifica e implementazione della documentazione manutentiva per le locomotive Railpool circolanti in Italia
  • Verifica della completezza e coerenza della documentazione tecnica di subfornitura
  • Supporto alla gestione e manutenzione degli aspetti autorizzativi relativi alle flotte Railpool circolanti in Italia
  • Sviluppo e gestione KPI
  • Preparazione documentazione per audit effettuati dai Clienti
  • Coordinamento con la funzione centrale di Qualità per la gestione degli audit verso terze parti
  • Coordinamento con RSPP aziendale per la gestione dei tools, DPI e corsi HSE

Richieste e Competenze



  • Laurea in ingegneria (corsi triennali o quinquennali)
  • Parla fluentemente l'italiano e in inglese ha un livello almeno B2
  • Esperienza in ruoli tecnici
  • Conoscenza di base dei processi di qualità, KPIs
  • Laurea in ingegneria dei trasporti e/o esperienza nel settore ferroviario è un plus
  • Utilizza con competenza il pacchetto MS Office
  • Approccio mentale aperto e capacità di lavorare in team
