Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Site Monitoring Specialist to join our team. As a CRA/SCRA, you will have the opportunity to gain direct experience with our clients and participate in exciting projects across various therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
  • Working closely with the Regulatory team to obtain necessary approvals
  • Evaluating site performance and providing recommendations
  • Tracking site progress and managing data queries

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years of on-site monitoring experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel frequently
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
