Eaton Corporation, a leading provider of intelligent power management solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Manager to join our team in EMEA.
About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales and business development to drive strategic growth and manage our product portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding supplier partnerships, and aligning the aftermarket portfolio with market trends and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new aftermarket opportunities, including markets, partnerships, and products.
- Growth Strategies: Develop and execute long-term strategies to expand market share and revenue in EMEA.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and negotiate strategic partnerships.
- Portfolio Management: Lead the development and execution of the aftermarket portfolio strategy, including product lifecycle management.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and manage the performance of the aftermarket portfolio, optimizing pricing, positioning, and promotion.
- Education: BS/MS degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the Automotive industry.
- Competitive Salary: Estimated annual salary €80,000 - €120,000 based on location and experience.
