Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Ricercamysrl. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collaborating with local Sales to develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Request and Order Management: Prepare requests for quotations and relevant orders for internal factories and third-party suppliers.
  • Project Execution: Transfer customer order execution procedures to factories project management teams.

Project Coordination: Coordinate the entire process flow in a project execution, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.

  • Customer Complaints and Escalation: Respond to customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Change Order Management: Manage technical and commercial change orders.
  • Schedule and Document Control: Control project schedules and documents in close cooperation with Factory engineering and PM teams and local Sales team.

Project Closeout and Review: Facilitate project closeout reports and project review meetings with customers.

  • Supplier Coordination: Maintain coordination and relationship with 3rd-party local suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Successfully completed study in the field of electrical engineering or industrial engineering.
  • Experience: Good experience in Electric motors Low and Medium Voltage, as well as Electronic drives.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of SAP system, CRM, and Microsoft office tools.
  • Language: Native in Italian and fluent in English, both oral and written. Spanish, German, or Chinese knowledge is considered a plus.
  • International Project Management: Ability to manage international projects involving EPC, Engineering, OEM, End Users, and different factories worldwide.
  • Problem-Solving and Goal-Oriented: Goal-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
