About the Role

As a Production Engineer, you will be part of the Operations team at the mechanical workshop of G.D S.p.A in Anzola. You will be exposed to an innovative production environment, working on various projects including prototypes, kits, retrofits, and components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct technical analysis of components and their industrialization through 3D-printing technologies and new printing technologies.
  • Analyze processes to promote and improve the overall automation within the workshop.
  • Assess Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and define continuous improvement actions.
  • Perform technical analysis of mechanical drawings/components/assemblies to define the production technological cycle (equipment, tools, machining sequence) and create CNC programs using CAD-CAM tools.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers for equipment maintenance and collaborate internally with the HSE department to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Design machining equipment for machine tools, test special tools, handle and assemble equipment, and simulate tools for complex kinematics.
  • Stay updated on new technologies, particularly in the digital realm (additive manufacturing, blockchain, AI, etc.), and analyze their applicability.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Excellent knowledge of mechanical technical drawing.
  • Basic knowledge of CAD-CAM.
  • Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office package.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Strong teamwork skills, versatility in tasks, a propensity for continuous learning, and excellent relational and problem-solving abilities.
