Job Title: Financial Services Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Services Professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and Expand Client Base: Identify and develop new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide Personalized Advisory Services: Offer tailored financial solutions, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Enhance Assets Under Management: Analyze client needs, identifying opportunities to grow assets under management and deliver customized wealth management strategies.
  • Conduct Comprehensive Client Reviews: Assess client financial situations, providing recommendations for optimized wealth management solutions.
  • Employ a Consultative Approach: Understand client goals, tailoring solutions using a diverse range of financial products and services.
  • Stay Abreast of Market Trends: Stay informed about global markets and client dynamics, offering informed advice and product selection.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, economics, or management.
  • Skills: Strong service orientation, numerical acumen, and attention to detail. Aspiration for or possession of UK level 4 advisory qualification.
  • Experience: Prior experience with high-net-worth clients preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with investment, offshore, fintech, bond, or pension products advantageous.
  • Personal Qualities: Integrity, professionalism, and collaborative spirit coupled with a drive for excellence. Sharp analytical skills and risk assessment capabilities. Demonstrated track record in financial sales. Ambition, goal orientation, and resilience.
