We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist for our Enterprise Mobility Division in Sulbiate, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and segmenting customers, developing efficient sales plans, and managing customer relationships to exceed revenue goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and segment customers to develop tailored sales strategies
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of customer relationships, including sales planning and engagement
- Manage customer relationships to achieve defined revenue goals
- Utilize channel planning methodology to define and manage business plans with assigned customers
- Leverage our existing sales channel to create brand awareness and drive sales
- Develop and maintain account planning documents for customer accounts
- Manage sales pipeline and maintain customer relationships
- Promote our full portfolio of EM products and solutions to maximize group sales
- Develop and implement plans to acquire business from new capex projects and convert competitor accounts
- Plan, agree, and conduct sales and marketing activities within the area
- Regularly visit customers to maximize sales of the EM product range
- Stay up-to-date with all technical aspects associated with the product range to ensure excellent customer support
Your Profile:
To succeed in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in areas such as ATEX-related product sales, rugged mobile device sales, channel partner management, or end-user sales process management. You will have a proven track record in managing key account relationships and be an exceptional communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder with excellent English language skills.
