Job Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Procurement Specialist - Indirect Categories to join our Procurement function in Stevanato Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of indirect categories, particularly IT software, IT consultancy, and laboratories (HW+SW).
  • Utilize a problem-solving approach to manage these categories efficiently, introducing methods and procedures as necessary to improve work processes.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to foster strong relationships and drive results-oriented outcomes.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment that requires meeting results and continuously improving methods according to the company's needs, including listing on the NY Stock Exchange.
  • Familiarize yourself with supplier contracts, comparison tables, awarding procedures, and analytical approaches to offers.

Requirements

  • Education: University Bachelor Degree
  • Language: English proficiency is required
  • Experience: +4/5 years of experience in a related field
  • Skills: Analytical approach, problem-solving, communication, economic understanding, result-oriented mindset, teamwork, and interest in categories
