Merchandise Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandise Coordinator to join our team at Bloomingdale's Inc. in Naples, FL.

• Drive sales by sharing product knowledge, trends, and style inspiration to customers and store leadership.
• Merchandise new deliveries from vendors and follow brand-specific merchandise execution guides and standards.
• Communicate customer needs and shopping patterns to store leadership and vendors.
• Work with store teams to drive best practices for sales and execution.
• Ensure sales floor is properly signed for sales and markdowns.
• Follow store's audit policies and procedures.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year previous retail experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels and across departments.
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
