Your Role

We are seeking an IT Technical Support Expert to join our IT Infrastructure unit based in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining local IT services, applying corporate policies, and educating local business units on IT best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain local IT services within the boundaries of corporate IT policies
  • Apply corporate policy where necessary and educate local business units on IT best practices
  • Act as a local subject matter expert for IT
  • Fix user issues by taking a logical problem-solving approach
  • Stay up-to-date with IT trends, industry standards, and corporate policies
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development to enhance technical abilities

Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship as IT-Specialist or completed studies in the field of IT
  • Work experience of 3-5 years desired
  • Experience with technologies such as Windows 7, 8.1, and 10, and Windows server operating systems
  • Profound knowledge of Linux OS and Virtual Machines Management
  • Strong ability to manage deliverables from creation to implementation while maintaining budgetary constraints and target dates
  • Fluent in English and strong communication skills
  • Full driving license
