ICT Specialist

A leading company in the Italian market, with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join their team as an ICT Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the company's IT systems, hardware, and software, as well as implementing technological development and contributing to cybersecurity.

The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the correct and efficient functioning of all workstations (approximately 22) and IT assets
• Managing and configuring server infrastructure (physical and virtual) and operating systems
• Configuring hardware and network devices (switches, routers, gateways, access points)
• Managing user accounts, licenses, and onboarding/offboarding procedures
• Providing help desk support for users (hardware and software)
• Supporting cybersecurity efforts
• Assisting in the evaluation of investments and suppliers for hardware and software
• Providing internal training on IT systems

Requirements:

• Technical or informatics degree
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as IT Manager or IT Systems Coordinator
• Experience in managing, coordinating, and supervising projects for integration and implementation, both in terms of applications and infrastructure

Contract:

Indeterminate contract

Working hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:00-17:00)

Commensurate with seniority
