Key Responsibilities:- Ensure timely product delivery and coordinate material flow.
- Develop and optimize part programs to decrease time and improve reliability.
- Support shop routing, instruction sheets, equipment improvement, and shop fixture design in machining area.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement approach to evaluate manufacturing processes.
- Act as a liaison with Quality, Planner, and Suppliers for first piece and special process qualification.
Requirements:
- Good experience in manufacturing machining area.
- Excellent knowledge of technical drawing and machining technology.
- Experience with CAD/CAM application and 3D application as Unigraphics.
- Bachelor/master degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Experience with Six Sigma or continuous improvement tools and ERP is favored.
