Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely product delivery and coordinate material flow.
  • Develop and optimize part programs to decrease time and improve reliability.
  • Support shop routing, instruction sheets, equipment improvement, and shop fixture design in machining area.
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement approach to evaluate manufacturing processes.
  • Act as a liaison with Quality, Planner, and Suppliers for first piece and special process qualification.

Requirements:
  • Good experience in manufacturing machining area.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical drawing and machining technology.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM application and 3D application as Unigraphics.
  • Bachelor/master degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Experience with Six Sigma or continuous improvement tools and ERP is favored.
