HSE Engineer

Job Title: HSE Engineer - Safety Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Engineer - Safety Specialist to join our team at Rotork. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations adhere to all relevant safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to mitigate hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular internal audits and HSE walks to identify areas for improvement.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and deploy business improvement and correction plans to address identified areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement KPIs to measure HSE performance.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational company.
• Preferably registered Lead Auditor in Safety & Environmental in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and a good knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and work under pressure to deliver effective change within the business.
• Driven self-starter with the ability to take ownership, plan, and react effectively.

Qualifications:

• Ideally certification in ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
• Ideally qualified professional figure ASPP provided by D.Lgs 81/08.
• Fluent English is required.
