Description
We're seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic, and will be based in Piossasco (Turin) - Italy.
Mission: The Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing the commercial strategy for assigned customers in alignment with business objectives and company procedures/guidelines.
Accountabilities:
- Ensure the implementation of the company commercial strategy in the assigned area/clients.
- Collaborate with qualification and proposal units to execute bidding/qualification activities up to delegated authority.
- Acquire and report relevant market information to optimize sales activities in the area.
- Define and maintain key clients, partners, competitors database with key data information for assigned customers.
- Populate STS database with relevant sales data for assigned customers.
- Support all required negotiations activities.
- Support the setup of JV/Consortium (partners selection and identification, agreement on MoU and CA) in accordance with BU commercial strategy and company policies.
Education:
- Bachelor degree (engineering preferred).
- Business awareness.
- Experience in multinational companies appreciated.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
- 5 years of working experience.
- Experience with Public Administration in Transportation sector preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to manage conflicts and negotiation attitude.
Languages: Knowledge of English: Fluent (written & spoken).
Travel percentage required: Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
