Unlock Your Potential as an End User Computing Manager at Prysmian

Prysmian is seeking an experienced End User Computing Manager to lead our complex end-user computing environments, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual desktops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate third-party services and external contractors to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Develop and implement end-user computing strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Infrastructure Team and external suppliers to design and deploy end-user computing solutions.
  • Shape the end-user computing architecture and ecosystem to meet business needs.
  • Choose and oversee end-user computing management platforms to ensure optimal performance.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and adoption within the company, promoting the use of new technologies.
  • Identify and implement new end-user computing solutions or features that benefit the business.
  • Ensure our end-user computing platforms are always updated and stable, with minimal downtime.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by investigating market solutions and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company and complex organization.
  • A Master's degree in IT or related disciplines.
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, negotiation, problem-solving, and team motivation skills.
  • A positive attitude towards working in large teams and a dynamic environment.
  • Availability to travel internationally.
