Pediatric Nursing Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Golisano Pediatric Specialties and Urgent Care in Naples, Florida.

About the Role:

  • Provision of high-quality patient care through the implementation of the nursing process.
  • Collaboration with physicians, practice leadership, and other care team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Coordinating and overseeing nursing care delivered in the practice setting or telephonically.
  • Supporting and guiding the care team in accordance with established clinical nursing practice standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering safe and effective patient care through the utilization of available tools and resources.
  • Providing education, mentoring, and competency validation to unlicensed and licensed clinical staff.
  • Contribution to the provision of quality care in the office setting through excellence in customer service and performance improvement techniques.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree from an accredited school of professional nursing; Bachelors preferred.
  • Office/outpatient experience preferred; experience requirements may vary by department.
  • Certification in Ambulatory Nursing preferred; certification requirements may vary by department.
