Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our Electrification Smart Buildings team. As a key member of the procurement team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all purchasing activities align with corporate policies and procedures.

• Negotiate agreements with main suppliers and periodically renew price lists and terms and conditions.
• Purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms, negotiating with main suppliers and periodically renewing price lists, terms and conditions.
• Initiate purchase orders according to purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures.
• Oversee supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolve performance issues.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers together with supplier quality and engineering specialists.
• Align supplier orders with customer requirements in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability, and price.

• Master's Degree in Economy or Engineering field.
• New graduates or 2 years of experience working in procurement or a related field.
• Knowledge of Excel, SAP, Ariba.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
