Key Responsibilities- Embody the Brands Experience and adhere to training guidelines and standards to reflect the brands' standards and image.
- Consistently meet individual sales goals and provide excellent customer service skills, great selling skills, and motivation to succeed.
- Demonstrate superior interpersonal and communication talents, respect, and strictly follow protocols.
- Maintain the selling floor by ensuring the following:
- Understand and execute monthly floor sets.
- Place and/or hang back items as you work.
- Replenish merchandise after selling.
- Fold and place merchandise on the correct hanger, tissue paper, etc.
- Place tickets inside the item and not visible to the customer.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a beauty luxury retail environment.
- Italian and English fluency are a must, with other foreign languages being a plus.
- Willingness to work in and promote a team-oriented environment.
- Mandatory fragrance and makeup expertise, including makeup certification.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all management and staff.
- Results-driven and flexible to change.
- Proven experience in driving sales and meeting sales targets, preferably in niche environments.
- Excellent customer service level.
- Strong clienteling background.
