Job Title: Hotel Butler

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Hotel Butler to join our team at Chateau Monfort, a luxurious hotel in the heart of Milan. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in the restaurant and ensuring that every detail is taken care of.

• Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, including the preparation of meals and the service of guests
• Coordinate with the F&B Manager and Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless service
• Participate in the work and responsibilities of the dining room team
• Record orders and take care of guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Support the needs of the hotel in breakfast and room service
• Supervise the preparation of the room for all services requested

Requirements:

• Hotel training and experience
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, with knowledge of a third language an asset
• Good knowledge of wines
• At least three years of experience in the same role in starred restaurants, R&C, and/or 4/5* hotels
• Communication and management skills, customer orientation, and teamwork
• HACCP and FIRE PREVENTION certifications

Offer: CCNL Tourism, with remuneration commensurate with the actual experience of the chosen resource. Full-time availability on shifts from Monday to Sunday with two days of rest. Accommodation is not provided.
