About the Position

Our team is expanding to support our further growth, and we are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Italy. You will be responsible for managing projects from handover from Business Development to final implementation, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Give support to the Project Director in all activities, such as budgeting, planning, and meetings.
- Supervise project administration activities, maintaining quality and ensuring financial and contractual compliance.
- Monitor the design and procurement of contractors, as well as liaise with and manage the local Site Manager and his team.
- Record all project-related documentation, including permits, drawings, minutes, contracts, and regularly attend on-site meetings.
- Coordinate PMO activities and ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience as a Project Engineer/Manager on construction/automation/logistic projects.
- Basic knowledge of principles, practices, and theories relevant to the field.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.
- Highly proficient in English, with proficiency in another European language a plus.
