We are seeking a Car Auction Operations Manager to join our AutoProff team in Italy.

This role involves managing the auction process from start to finish, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the auction process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Support to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor auction progress daily to optimize transactions.
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve challenging operational targets.
  • Manage customer complaints effectively.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
