Job Summary
We are seeking a highly numerate and detail-oriented individual to join our People & Culture team as a Europe Payroll Intern. As a member of the Europe HR Payroll Team, you will be responsible for actively managing the following key tasks:
- Support the Payroll Team for Europe Region
- Assist in the Preparation and Submission of Monthly Payroll Reports
- Support Time and Attendance Controlling, Ensuring Accurate Timekeeping Records
- Assist with Payroll Data Entry and Updating Employee Records
- Support in Managing all HR Documentation and Employment Contracts
- Update our Internal Databases
- Prepare Payroll Reports for Management Review
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong Excel Skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong Communication Skills and Ability to Work with Different Stakeholders
- Problem-Solving Skills

- Experience and Understanding of Processing Payroll
- Highly Analytical and Numerical Skills with Experience in Data Gathering and Reconciliation
- Ability to Work to Tight Deadlines and Ensure Accuracy
- Strong Communication Skills and Ability to Build and Manage Relationships with Internal Employees and External Partners
